Thank you for shopping with Around The World Art. We are committed to providing high-quality, original watercolour prints that you’ll love. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on custom or personalised orders.

Digital Downloads: All digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@aroundtheworldart.shop. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@aroundtheworldart.shop 

6. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue.
